We routinely sail long days and occasionally overnight, so cooking while under-way is a necessity. The Sea Cook propane stove has worked well.
The galley area is provided with its own source of fresh water, about 13 gallons, through a foot pump to a spigot above the stove.
That water tank is just ahead of the V-berth bulkhead below the mattress deck.
